Each session was short enough to be easily included even into the daily schedule of very busy people like me, and yet it was always so informative and enriching. The content came in perfectly sized portions and just the right ingredients to be easily digested.

It’s amazing that the exercises are so simple and easy to implement in everyday life. For example, the alignment technique using any window from my home. Really no effort needed! Another brilliant exercise is the crown grounding – within seconds body and mind relax. So easy and so helpful - one of my favourites! I shared this with my daughter and some friends and everybody tried it out and was stunned about the instant effect.

It’s such a gift that thanks to the course, I now also know how to use nature’s healing and strengthening powers more intuitively with little or no effort at all. I’ve always felt a strong connection to nature and found it had a meditative and calming effect on me. With the new knowledge from the course, it feels like my bond with nature has gotten even stronger. Nature is no longer just a friend to me, but it now feels like close family. I also felt I was rediscovering my physical and spiritual roots during the course.

Your vivid and at the same time relaxed way of presenting gives a personal feeling throughout the course and helped me to keep motivated. I felt that you live and breathe what you teach. So glad I enrolled on this training. It helped me to love and appreciate nature and my surroundings more consciously. Before the course, I had always thought I needed to plan for longer breaks. Now I’ve been trying out the techniques for a few minutes when I need a break and found it works for me. I’ve very much enjoyed the course and it’s been really helpful. The exercises are transportable, and I can do them anytime. I’ve been very busy over the past few weeks and found the practices so helpful to take a breather throughout the day. Really enjoying the focus-practice, and how I can do it for a short time. It’s good on a busy day or in a stressful situation and I can do it between work calls. It’s an easy way to take a break from the chatty mind. I so enjoyed the immersion practice with my other half yesterday near Shere. Found a lovely springy area with pine trees. I’ve been taking my own notes of the course, but like the helpful module summaries, especially the one-page practice overview. As it gets busy in life, it’s essential to let nature support us. As a child I always spent a good part of each day outside and feel so much better when enjoying nature. Thank you. Alison

I loved your course. It’s so clean and easy to interact with. The content is brilliant, and everything is easy to achieve. The pace of delivery is lovely, gentle and natural. It makes me feel as though you are actually in the room with me! I like the fact I can do the exercises for a very short time. I can usually sense a downward mood swing when I need a break but have always thought it needs to be a longer time say 15-20 mins, but now I’m convinced with these 1-2 min breaks- thanks. I know these simple exercises will contribute to greater energy management and overall mental and emotional well-being. It really is fab!!! Thank you also for explaining the science behind our desire to be in nature. The section on Heart intelligence is fascinating and amazing to learn about our magnetic field touching the plants. Thanks also for anchoring the information in the last sessions of each module. It’s great to have the summary notes which are perfect to keep and much better than myself making notes. Really cool that it automatically ticks off what I’ve covered and that I can share comments on each session on the course. Tonight, I went on a sunset cycle bike ride with my daughter, and we enjoyed the immersion technique as we sat on the grass in Richmond Park!
