I was invited to write the headline feature on Forest Bathing to help highlight the many wellbeing benefits of Forest Bathing and introduce this remarkable, restorative practice to Kew Gardens and its global client base.
The article contributed to well over 1000 people benefiting from Forest Bathing events at Kew Gardens, many of which returned with friends and family or brought their entire teams.
It is an engaging overview of Forest Bathing which shares my first experience, the background and benefits of forest bathing and practical tips for giving it a go.
